Strength & Conditioning
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai Kickboxing are sports that require a high level of fitness, and Catalyst BJJ is dedicated to providing students with the tools they need to overcome this challenge. Our Strength & Conditioning class is focused on bringing improved physical performance to athletes of all types. Classes offer a wide variety of dynamic exercises spanning disciplines such as kettlebell training, Crossfit and Ginastica Natural. This diversity helps to ensure our students have not only the cardiovascular strength to succeed, but the unique strength and agility that will put them above the competition.
